What Are Rock Star Fitness Camps?

Our programs are based on a formula that is known time and time again to help you achieve your goals. The camps will offer an energetic and lively workout experience tailored to fit any lifestyle. By combining traditional exercise and core functional conditioning with an urban flare, Rock Star Fitness has developed a fun, effective and appropriately challenging workout for both men and women. Rock Star Fitness programs are directed toward the three components of exercise: Resistance, Cardio, and Stability.
Resistance -the act or power of resisting, opposing, or withstanding weight.
Cardio- Raising the heart rate while performing an aerobic act.
Stability- The state or quality of being stable. Firmness in position.

Our goal is to bring people from diverse backgrounds together to focus on one goal: Becoming a ROCK STAR in fitness! Your average personal training sessions cost $50-$120. Rock Star fitness camps are personalized for the average person to afford. Along with networking with professionals like yourself, clients are able to motivate and challenge each other to reach their goals.
Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning, middle and end of the fitness camps. This will enable the client to track their progress as they continue through their workout.

What is Involved?
Each Rock Star Fitness Camp runs for 5 weeks. There is a proper warm up that is followed by a 3 to 6 station circuit training that follows our formula (R+C+S = QWL). While you perform you cool down, motivation quotes and thoughts are spoken by the clients. There are two to three sessions a week along with a meal plan and home work, to give you, your best results. Clients are able to train more classes with in the 5 week period with no extra charge.

What can Rock Star Fitness Camps do for your company?
Fitness Challenge Overview
1. The company will have their employees placed in teams up to 20 people with a group leader and a trainer.
2. Teams will workout on times provided and in their survey.
3. Each employee will be weighed and measured and given a goal, personal assessment and team goal assessment.
4. Teams will have 5 weeks of training and motivation to reach their team goal.
5. Fitness Camps are held at Landmark Fitness club (basketball gym). Times of camps will vary and groups will meet 2-3 times a week to work out.
6. Four to Six station circuit training (core functional) Formula followed includes: RESISTANCE+CARDIO+STABILITY=QUICK WIEGHT LOSS (along with nutritional guidance) Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises, Dynamic and functional exercises
7. Various incentives will be given to motivate employees to reach there goals. (short-term): Hotel stay, Fine dining, Various sporting games, Gift cards
ROCK STAR FITNESS WOMEN CHALLENGE
The goal: To increase overall strength and physical health in a six month period.
The plan: To challenge you and compete with other interested participants in 5 categories: Strength, Core, Cardio, Total assessment (inches lost), Flexibility
The prizes: All prize money will be used towards a weekend trip to a cool destination! Prize money will be divided in the following ways: 50% of all money to be shared in half by the #1 most improved and the #1 strongest get fit woman. 25% of prize money will be split amongst the winner in each category. The remainder 25% of prize money will be split amongst the most improved iron in each category. All prize money won is to be used towards the weekend trip to the selected destination.

If you don’t have a gym, don’t worry, Rock Star Fitness will bring the gym to you. There are several areas in the vast community to have a fitness camp: Parking garages, roof tops, and parks. We use bars, medicine balls, swiss balls, dumbbells, jump ropes, agility training, circuit training, sprints, long runs, and fitness games to help you reach your goals and to ensure you having fun!
Achieve your fitness goals! Rock Star fitness can help clients define specific and realistic goals. Then develop a program that includes and promotes fat loss, muscle toning, nutritional coaching, increased energy, increased strength, cardiovascular training, stress management, and flexibility. Programs are modified regularly to ensure results and to challenge your body. Most goals can be reached in 3 months exercising just 4 hours every week.
